Payments/ Deposits

Deposit payments are non refundable due to this securing your wedding date, with no deposit paid your wedding date is not secured with myself. If you are having issues with paying final balance please make Rebecca aware as I know some deadlines can be before payday. Please do not pay later than deadline date without notifying myself of any delay. Late payments can put your booking at risk if the payment is not paid within the timeframe provided. Final payments are to be made no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Rebecca does not issue refunds. Rebecca does not offer a cash payment on the wedding date, all payments must be paid by the deadline providedIf by any chance someone within the bridal party decides they no longer would like their hair/make up done, this can’t be removed from the final booking once accepted.

Once final balance has been accepted and is set in place I will not deduct their payment. The final balance will still be due even if someone has decided to not have it, you’re able to add on additional members. Please let Rebecca know of any additional changes to the booking, encase of price amendments as she can edit this with extra charges. E.g location change, assistant needed due to preparation location access time.

Accomadation

If your wedding location is over a 2 hour journey time from Shaftesbury  an additional charge may be made for overnight accommodation stay depending on your ceremony start time/ access time/ bridal party size. Once booked if needed a over night  stay will be added to the final balance due.

Sickness

In the event that I am unable to attend your wedding on the day, I will find yourself a replacement artist who will take over the booking. This will be an artist in which I have worked closely in hand with and know they’re to the highest of standards. They will have all trial notes and products along with the photos of your trial to ensure it is to the highest of standard's,

Trials

Trials appointments are to be held at my home studio location based in Shaftesbury, please feel free to bring someone along for your trial for support and opinions. However please notify myself that someone else will be joining. Ideally trials are best on a 1-1 basis to be able to discuss your dream idea of your perfect wedding look, with your own opinions. Trials should be a child free booking to avoid any disruptions and to allow yourself to fully relax and enjoy your trial, so please take into consideration child care when booking your trial with myself. Trials are to be held between 1-3 months prior to your wedding date. A trial appointment will take anywhere between 1-3 hours depending on the type of trial and the complicity of the looks chosen.

On Your Wedding Day

If bridal party is running late and this means that time becomes tight due to this, please understand that a service may not be able to be carried out due to disruption to the time plan. I allow a touch up time at the end of my time plan to ensure everyone is wedding ready, so we need to avoid using this time for late bridal party members. Please make Rebecca aware of any location changes to the wedding morning, due to time allocation for this and any additional charges to be applied. Please notify any Bridal party members who have not booked with myself, that I will not be able to lend out any of my kit for them to use if they have not got this with themselves. My kit is very expensive and is to only to be provided for the clients in which have booked my services for your wedding day.

Cancellation Policy  

Rebecca is understanding in the fact that there is sometimes reasons in which lead yourself to needing to cancel your wedding booking. Please notify myself if this is the case to be able to proceed the correct cancellation policies.

• Any cancellations will result in automatic fee of £80.00 to be charged

• 3 months prior to your wedding date 50% of final balance will be due

• 6 weeks prior to your wedding date 100% final balance will be due

Acceptance

By booking and paying a deposit, you, the client, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to Bridal and Beauty’s by Rebecca Jayne Terms and Conditions as outlined above.
